Don’t miss out on the St George’s Day Game which sees English rugby giants London Wasps and Bath go head to head at Twickenham Stadium on 24th April, in the climax to the Guinness Premiership season.
The game is the first of what will become a permanent fixture on the English sporting calendar, celebrating the patron saint of England by combining national pride with thrilling rugby and great entertainment.
The match will raise money for Help for Heroes, the organisation that supports servicemen and women injured in combat, with a minimum of £1 from every ticket sold going to the charity. Supporters also have the opportunity to Treat A Troop, donating tickets to the big game to members of the Armed Services and their families.
Through its association with Help for Heroes and the Treat A Troop initiative, the St George’s Day Game has received the support of Prince Harry and Prime Minister Gordon Brown. It provides all of us with the opportunity to show our appreciation for the invaluable efforts of our servicemen and women, whilst enjoying what promises to be a spectacular event.
With an entertainment line-up lead by Alexandra Burke, and Wasps and Bath both gunning for the Guinness Premiership semi finals, it promises to be a truly memorable occasion.
So make sure you’re at Twickenham on Saturday 24th April and be part of it the inaugural St George’s Day Game. Tickets start at £10 for adults and £5 for children, and can be purchased via the website - http://www.stgeorgesdaygame.co.uk – or by calling 0844 225 2990 and quoting “HEROES” for the best available seats.
